Leadership

Tim and Shannon have 6 adult children and 11 grandchildren, with number 12 on the way!  With over 38 years of pastoral ministry and a gift for teaching the Word of God, Tim brings a unique set of gifts and experiences to help you become a champion for Christ.  Tim is crazy in love with Shannon and enjoys jazz, scuba diving, and anything chocolate with peanut butter!

James and his wife Christine met at Bible college and married in 2007.  They are the proud parents of Ryker and Eli.  With 21+ years in ministry, James has served in Pastoring, church planting, multi-site leadership, evangelism, and missions.  He is passionate about God’s Presence, The Word, and equipping people to share /demonstrate the Good News.  He loves family adventures, travel, hunting, cooking, and music.

Shannon has a huge heart for children of all ages. Whether she’s working with the youngest ones or connecting with older kids, she has a natural way of making every child feel seen, valued, and loved.  The Children’s Ministry is passionate about sharing Jesus in ways that are fun, creative, and memorable. From the songs and activities to the stories and conversations, the goal is always the same: to help kids experience who Jesus is in a way they can understand and carry with them. 

Jennifer brings a unique blend of administrative expertise and a heart for service, honed through years of experience in both corporate and volunteer leadership.  Bridging members and neighbors through initiatives and local partnerships drives her motivation to serve.   With a background in community and economic development, Jennifer’s passion is to ensure that the church's business functions directly support its ministry goals, allowing staff and volunteers to focus on serving the community..  Balancing farm life with family and community service, Jennifer and her husband, Craig, also enjoy travel.

Christine has served in music ministry since 2005, with experience in keys, vocal training, music direction, and worship leadership.  Passionate about God’s presence and equipping others to grow in their gifts, she loves encouraging the team from a foundation of biblical truth.  She met her husband James in 2005 while serving together on their Bible school’s praise team; they are proud parents to Ryker and Eli.  Her heart is simple: love Jesus, love people, and make a joyful noise.  She is truly grateful for the opportunity to serve as Worship Ministry Director at Oasis Life Church.
